• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Project Deliverables

For custom development projects:

• Deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Client approval is required at specified milestones
• Changes to project scope may result in additional charges
• Final deliverables are provided upon full payment

Limitation of Liability

UXU Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UXU Tech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
